is Theresa Yeary-Dontrich and I am Emily Garcia's aunt. I have worked on making Emily's web site since 2003 thinking that
somehow it could help our family to finally find her and her unborn son Emilio's killers. I loved Emily as if she was my own
child and I just can't seem to let her case go and move on since there has never been any justice and their killers haven't
been caught.
On
every birthday, anniversary, holiday, and etc. it seems as if it is even harder, so when I found the poem below on the internet,
I felt compelled to use it and to dedicate it to Emily and Emilio. We should all remember how easy it could be to lose
our loved ones or die young ourselves, so we should all follow the words in this poem every day. This is also how Emily felt about life--as if it
were her birthday Every Day.
