In Loving Memory Of
Emily & Emilio Garcia
Forever Loved, Never Forgotten
page65bar.gif
This is the second poem that Ashley has written in Memory of Emily and Emilio. She found Emily's site on the net and read her story and was so moved by it that she contacted us and sent us the poems that she had written for Emily and Emilio. She is such a young person, but has the heart of several grown ups and is very talented. She is a very special young lady and I feel that she and Emily would be friends if they had ever met..

Everything was stolen
Only you felt the true pain of it all
Only you know if it all happened so fast
Or if it was slow and agonizing
People think they know
They're sorry too
But you were stolen that day
An innocent girl out in the world
Gone with the wind
At first they stole your body, then they stole your soul
And by the time that they were done, they drove away with your life
Your youth was scattered across the highway
And what was left of you was dumped in a lonely canyon
They found you, but you went to Hell and back even when you were supposed to be in Heaven
Jane Doe is not your name
Your baby should never have been burnt to useless ashes
Now your body is in a grave, and everyone went home after your funeral
But your soul still searches for closure
And your loved ones still search for closure every day
Whoever took your life will Pay!!
I promise.....

Thank you so much, Ashley. This means more to our family than you will ever know. You are definitely an Angel on Earth.

The dead cannot cry out for justice; it is a duty of the living to do so for them.
