The Psychics And Their Findings
page23bar.gif
Psychic # 1 And Her Findings
page23bar.gif
Psychic # 1(We are not using their true names for privacy and safety reasons) is a woman who conciders herself to be a "Healer" and has always had a psychic ability. She is an older Mexican lady with a wonderful sense of humor, a gruff voice, and a totally soft heart. She also has ZERO TOLERANCE for senseless crimes such as the abduction, rape, and murder of Emily Garcia and her unborn child and related crimes. She knew Emily personally when she was still alive.  She now lives somewhere out of state and has been greatly saddened by Emily's death and the fact that her killer has never been caught.
Here are the details she gave us as things she sees when working on Emily's case.

#1 Emily is angry/sick about losing the baby.
#2 Something about an abortion.
#3 She sees a lot of people around.
#4 She says that drugs and money are involved in some way.
#5 She sees Emily being held against her will.
#6 She sees 3 men and that one does something in law enforcement.
#7 Of the 3 men, she sees one is dark, but not mexican.
#8 She says this case WILL be solved.
#9 She says these men will come to justice, but the main one will escape due to the fact that the others will take the blame.
#10 There are many people around always, like ants on a hill.
#11 One of the 3 men is a blonde.

Psychic # 2 and Her Findings

Psychic # 2 (We are not using their true names for privacy and safety reasons) is a young woman and also a teacher. Emily seems to really like her and is very receptive to her.
Here are the details she gave us as things she sees when working on Emily's case.

#1 She sees a path-very well kept-and a white trailor or house.
#2 To the right of this house she sees a dark 80's Ford pickup with round back lights.
#3 She sees the grass around there as being wet-smells like wet rain.
#4 The truck has burgundy interior and a cracked windshield.
#5 She hears Emily say,"I made them leave." She says Emily wants revenge for what they did.
#6 She says Emily keeps saying, "I'm gonna get even!" and then says, "I'm getting even!"
#7 Emily asks, "Why did they pick me?" "I was always helping them."
#8 She says Emily also says, "That she listened to them, but they didn't listened to her."
#9 She says that Emily was in the process of "weeding out" those who weren't really friends.
#10 Emily says, "I didn't like Kathey. (Kathy is a short blonde female with bobbed hair and green eyes.) Emily says that Kathy was too preppy-too into herself.
#11 There is a couch with checked patterns, brownish with red, really light colored carpet with lots of stains, a TV and VCR(but not a combo), a dirty pillow in the corner, children's toys(2 children). There are 4 steps to go into the house.
#12 Behind the house is a workshop or storage space(smells of gasoline). The cars park here to keep from getting too dirty.  She also sees a motorcylce.
#13 She can smell an acid smell, maybe a meth lab, with milky jugs in the closet and it burns your eyes.
#14 She sees a tattoo on someone's right hand-red and black and has 5 points, like a star with an added dimension.
#15 She hears someone scraping something with a razor blade.
#16 She sees a pistol with a slide-action. Emily is very afraid she is going to be shot. Someone has shoved a gun in Emily's face and mouth now. Emily is very afraid and says the gun was very scary.
#17 She keeps getting the words: Lancaster, Schertz, and mule, but not sure what they mean.
#18 She keeps hearing the queston, who is Sean?, and also something about the number 13 and the letter M.

Psychic # 3 and Her Findings
page23bar.gif

Psychic # 3 (We are not using their true names for privacy and safety reasons) is an older lady who has worked with detectives in other homicide cases to help them solve murders.
Here are the details she gave us as things she sees when working on Emily's case.

#1 She sees a married man, someone that Emily knew.
#2 She says this man still lives in San Antonio, Texas and is working in a factory near the Brentwood Apts. on Austin Highway now.
#3 She says she keep seeing that this man wanted Emily to get an abortion and she refused.
# 4 She keeps seeing the letters RJE, but not sure what they mean.
#5 She sees a 1988 or 1989 blue sedan, partial plate # E1
#6 She also keep seeing old tires near a dump.
#7 She says to beware of this person and that they may have even assisted in a search for Emily or would join some sort of new group to get close to Emily's case.
#8 She says this man is in his early 30's, has brown hair, brown eyes, about 5'10", is from San Antonio, Texas, and may be American-Indian.
#9 She says this man knew Emily for about 5-6 months before her abduction and murder.
#10 She also keeps seeing an argument over a mother or mother figure and because he wanted Emily to get rid of the baby and she refused.

Psychic # 4 and Her Findings
page23bar.gif

Psychic # 4 (We are not using their true names for privacy and safety reasons) is an anglo woman with a great vision. She captures Emily's attitudes and words head-on.
Here are the details she gave us as things she sees when working on Emily's case.

#1 She sees a creak nearby-lots of mud.
#2 She sees promises being made to Emily about a place to stay when she has the baby-but they are empty promises.
#3 She sees Emily going down a path willingly toward some sort of dwelling. Emily doesn't seem fearful at all at this time.
#4 Inside the dwelling, Emily was drugged or sedated-she sees this being a long, gradual process.
#5 She sees that it was not their intent to kill Emily and that it just happened.
#6 She keeps seeing a Ford pickup(newer model) with the left tail light out.
#7 Emily keeps telling her that there was a moment when she couldn't escape-and something about it being from someone she concidered her "brother".
#8 She sees a long knife with a broken handle. The man holding it was right-handed and that he did cut Emily's neck with it and Emily screams, "Don't cut me!"
#9 She says everything was done outside of San Antonio, Texas except the kidnapping.
#10 She says that Emily was taken to Floresville for a short time, then came back to a house by the railroad tracks on the outskirts of San Antonio. She says they made a round trip, then went somewhere else and came back again. She says they were making some sort of deliveries and that they did this 3-4 times a day.
#11 Emily tells her that they started to get very angry at this point and then they "bopped' me.
#12 She keeps seeing the name Striker and assosiates it with the guy in the back seat that Emily says had the gun to her head. She says at one point they left Emily alone for a few minutes, but she knew they were coming right back and knew she had to hide. At this point they haven't done much to Emily, but know they can't let her go. It's out of the question. They had decided this from the first day they had Emily that they could never just let her go.
#13 She still keeps seeing 3 people(men) talking. Two of the men don't know of the 3rd ones plans to kill Emily yet. They think they can just keep her there for a while. They are very, very angry because Emily's actions caused all of this trouble for them. At one point Emily asks them, "You hauled me up here, now what are you going to do?"
#14 She keeps seeing 3 mens names, Lenny, Walker, and Striker and one of them has the nickname "Bones".
#15 The men keep wondering what to do, they don't want to keep Emily, but don't want to kill her either.
#16 At this point, Emily tries to get away-she ran, but didn't make it past the door.
#17 She says that by the end of the first day they had Emily, the beatings started.
